Surrogacy in The United States

Surrogacy in the USA is legal and available to same-sex male couples and single individuals.
Choosing the United States as a destination for surrogacy affords our IPs a sense of stability and comfort compared to all other countries. After all, the United States has been leading the surrogacy revolution for two decades now. In addition, same-sex male couples can elect to attempt a twin pregnancy where both fathers create an embryo using the same egg donor. Both fathers are genetically linked to one baby and both babies are genetically linked to the egg donor. This modern procedure has proven to be extremely popular among gay couples; however, it is important to acknowledge the risks associated with twin pregnancies.
