Every journey is different. Timing depends on medical processes, legal requirements, donor and surrogate availability, clinic schedules, documentation, third parties, and individual circumstances.
Egg donors
We work with various egg banks and donor databases according to each program. Among others, the Tammuz family offers Colombian, American, Argentinian, Georgian, Ukrainian, and Indian donors. All donors undergo comprehensive medical and genetic testing, and each has a profile with information and photos.
The surrogates
Surrogates participating in our programs undergo medical and psychological screening based on the standards and requirements of the destination where the journey takes place. They are required to have previously experienced at least one healthy pregnancy and birth. In some destinations, intended parents may also can get to know their surrogate and build a meaningful relationship throughout the journey, with communication and support shaped around everyone’s preferences and the structure of the program.
Surrogacy involves legal steps throughout the journey, not only at the end. Tammuz coordinates legal services as part of each program, including the surrogacy agreement and destination-country birth documentation. Legal requirements and outcomes depend on individual circumstances and current law in both the destination country and your home country.
