The Surrogates – Rigorous Screening & Personalized Care
All surrogates in the USA are American citizens living in various cities across the country. Each surrogate undergoes a comprehensive and rigorous screening process before joining our program, ensuring they meet the highest medical and psychological standards. To qualify, they must have previously experienced a healthy pregnancy and given birth to at least one child.

SP by Tammuz invest a lot of efforts in recruiting, screening and matching the surrogate with the IPs.
For the embryo transfer, surrogates travel to the relevant clinic, after which they return home to their families and continue their normal daily routines. During the first trimester, the clinics specialist closely monitor the pregnancy to ensure a strong and stable start. After that, the surrogate receives prenatal care from her personal OB-GYN in her home city. Throughout the pregnancy, she undergoes regular medical check-ups, blood tests, and ultrasounds to ensure both her health and the baby’s well-being.
We strongly encourage intended parents to maintain weekly contact with their surrogate via video calls, phone calls, or messages from the moment they are matched. This helps build a natural and comfortable connection, making key milestones in the journey even more meaningful.

The Egg Donors – Carefully Screened & Diverse Options
SP by Tammuz Family provides a diverse selection of American egg donors, all of whom undergo comprehensive psychological and medical evaluations to ensure they meet the highest standards. Intended parents receive a detailed profile for each donor, including genetic background, medical history, education, career information, interests, hobbies, and family medical history, along with photographs.
While our egg donation program is primarily anonymous, some donors are open to a virtual introduction through a video call, offering a more personal connection. At Tammuz Family, we are dedicated to ensuring a reliable, transparent, and supportive egg donation process tailored to your journey.
HIV+ Intended Parents: Safe & Advanced Fertility Solutions
Tammuz Family is proud to offer specialized surrogacy plans for HIV-positive intended parents, made possible through advanced fertility technology. With the internationally recognized sperm washing technique, individuals and couples living with HIV can safely undergo IVF and conceive perfectly healthy children.
As part of the process, intended parents travel to the USA to undergo specific medical tests at the fertility clinic before proceeding with sperm washing. This clinically proven procedure effectively removes the virus from the sperm, ensuring a safe and successful conception.
In May 2017, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reviewed data from 11,500 assisted conception cycles utilizing sperm washing. The findings confirmed that not a single case of HIV transmission occurred in women or offspring, leading the CDC to officially endorse the procedure as safe and effective.

In the USA, most surrogacy-friendly states issue a pre-birth order, legally recognizing you as the baby’s parents before birth. However, in a few states, a post-birth order is required, meaning legal parentage is confirmed shortly after delivery. Regardless of the legal process in your surrogate’s state, our expert legal team ensures that your parental rights are fully protected every step of the way, giving you complete peace of mind.

What Happens After the Birth?
Once your baby is born, our experienced legal team will ensure that your name(s) are placed on the birth certificate as soon as possible. The processing time varies depending on the state where your surrogate gives birth.
After the birth certificate is issued, our legal team will assist you in applying for your baby’s U.S. passport. Once your baby receives a U.S. passport, they can travel home with you on a tourist visa.
We strongly recommend consulting a local immigration attorney in your home country for guidance on securing your child’s citizenship and legal status according to local regulations.

In the Surrogacy Plus by Tammuz Guarantee Plans and when choosing partner clinics, the choice is made from a pool of high-quality donors who have undergone medical, genetic, and psychological screening. The donation is anonymous, but the possibility of a video call with the donor can be explored.
