Surrogacy costs may vary depending on the country and location of travel. In general, a surrogacy journey can start at around US$46,000 in Ukraine and go up to US$139,500 and more, in the US. It is important for intended parents to also consider additional expenses, such as travel, accommodation, legal services, insurance for the pregnant woman in the US, and other related costs.
Yes. People with HIV can choose a surrogacy journey in the USA, Argentina or Colombia. The future father’s sperm will be taken to the Western Fertility Institute in Los Angeles or our partner clinic in Bogotá/Buenos Aires. There, a process is carried out that removes the virus from the seeding fluids, ensuring that there is no transmission to the baby.
Egg donation is generally anonymous, but most South African Tammuz donors are willing to hold a Skype meeting, which will be organized by your donor coordinator. However, it is common for Ukrainian, Russian, and Asian donors to remain anonymous and unavailable for meetings.
At Tammuz, most of our plans include the IP meeting your surrogate in person. In the US, it is mandatory to maintain regular contact throughout the journey. In Ukraine and Colombia, you will have the opportunity to meet the surrogate mother during the visit to the clinic, when signing the contract, and also during the birth.
All of our surrogates go through a rigorous screening process before being accepted into the program and must have had at least one successful pregnancy with a healthy baby. Blood and gynecological tests are mandatory for all plans, while psychological evaluations and criminal background checks are also required for US plans.

- Prolactin test (PROL)
