Tammuz provides surrogacy, egg donation, and fertility services to intended parents from Israel and around the world. For intended parents, Tammuz offers a comprehensive, end-to-end service throughout the entire surrogacy process, accompanying them through safe programs until birth in the destination country where the surrogate resides, in accordance with the selected surrogacy program. For surrogates, Tammuz assists in completing documentation and submitting it to the Ministry of Health for evaluation and approval to undergo the surrogacy process (hereinafter: the “Services”). The Website provides information about the Services and enables users to get in touch through the contact methods detailed below (hereinafter: the “Website Services”).
When using our Website, we may collect two types of information about you in connection with the Website Services:
“Personal Information” – Information that can be used to contact or identify you. Some of this information personally identifies you, such as your full name, address, email address, phone number, and details you choose to include in your inquiry on the contact page, etc. This is information you knowingly provide, with your consent, for the purpose of receiving information about the Services.
“Non-Personal Information” – Information that, on its own, cannot be used to identify or contact you. This is statistical and aggregated data, such as the pages you viewed, offers and services that interested you, and more. We may collect and use non-personal information for any purpose, either automatically or otherwise, through your use of the Website Services.

Scheduling an introductory meeting:

For this purpose, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (including international dialing code), the Tammuz program you are interested in (which may indicate your sexual orientation), your marital status, and your country. The meeting may take place via a third-party audio/video application such as Zoom or similar.

If you wish to receive updates about our services, activities, website services, analyses, reviews, promotions, and benefits, we will collect your full name and email address and send you the requested updates.

Surrogate suitability questionnaire:
To assess eligibility for surrogacy, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, and additional information including marital status, whether you are an Israeli resident, your age, as well as medical and medical history details. This may include, among other things, the number of births you have had, whether there were complications during childbirth or pregnancy, whether you have undergone more than one cesarean section, and whether you are vaccinated against COVID-19.

Use of website services:

To improve our services and user experience, we collect information about your use of the website, such as the pages you viewed, the content you were interested in, and your actions while using the services.

In all the cases described above where third-party services are used, including but not limited to Zoom, Calendly, Meta, and others, please refer to Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
