At Tammuz Nordic, we believe that the journey of building a family is deeply personal and transformative. As a Surrogacy Consultant & Case Manager, you’ll be a compassionate guide and a trusted partner to Intended Parents (IPs) throughout their surrogacy process.

You’ll be someone who thrives on building relationships, communicating clearly, and ensuring that every step of the journey is as smooth and reassuring as possible.  

Responsibilities:  

• Conduct detailed consultations with Intended Parents (IPs) to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide information about Tammuz surrogacy programs.  
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospective clients into active clients.  
• Stay informed on the latest developments in surrogacy laws, procedures, and best practices to ensure Tammuz remains a trusted, up-to-date resource.  
• Support current clients by coordinating their journey and acting as the main point of contact between the IPs and the Tammuz team (including program managers and finance department).  
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for active U.S. clients, providing continuous support throughout the surrogacy process.  
• Act as a bridge between clients and Tammuz Family Ltd., ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout the surrogacy journey.  
• Deliver high-quality service in a timely and professional manner by:
  • Providing accurate and dependable information to IPs. 
  • Preparing and submitting required documentation efficiently. 
  • Taking a proactive approach to address any concerns or challenges to maintain a smooth process for clients.  
    
    

Requirements and Qualifications:  

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, customer service, IVF, or third-party reproduction.  
• A strong ability to self-initiate tasks and set clear goals.  
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.  
• Fluency in English and Norwegian. 
  
  

Preferred:  

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
