Tammuz is an international surrogacy, fertility, and egg donation company, which offers a full range of comprehensive and guaranteed surrogacy and IVF services (“Services”). The Website is designed to provide basic information on the Services and allow users to book a call or a meeting with Tammuz regarding the Services.

Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is limited only to information collected by Tammuz through your use of its Website. If you wish to contact us regarding our Services, we will collect your full name, email address, phone number, country, marital status, and the subject of your inquiry to facilitate your inquiry.

b. Booking a meeting with the Calendly platform
If you wish to book an online meeting regarding our Services, we will collect your full name, email address, WhatsApp number and the subject of your inquiry to facilitate your inquiry.

c. Surrogacy qualification questionnaire
If you are considering becoming a surrogate, we collect your contact information (full name, email address and phone number) and we will have to ask you some questions, to see if you can qualify to become a surrogate and work with Tammuz. Your answers may include some Personal Information, and some of which may also be considered sensitive information. These questions relate to your marital status, previous pregnancies, surgeries and pregnancy complications, Covid – 19 vaccinations, age, residency and more. Please note that by submitting your answers to the questionnaire, you provide your explicit consent for our collection of this type of Personal Information.

Use of Information
We use the Personal Information we collect from you for a range of different business purposes according to different legal bases of processing. We may use or process your Personal Information for the following purposes. One or more purposes may apply simultaneously.
1. Providing the Requested Services

• We collect your Personal Information, such as your full name, email address, phone number, country of residence and the subject of your inquiry when you contact us regarding the Services.
• We will collect your full name, email address, WhatsApp number and the subject of your inquiry, to assist you with booking a meeting with us regarding the Services.
• Such collection of information will enable us to provide you with technical and professional assistance, with regard to the Website and Services you are provided with or wish to be provided with.

We process the Personal Information where it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract regarding the requested Services.

2. Improvement and Development of the Services
