Along the way, I learned a number of things. I learned that there are many couples and individuals who dream of babies but simply do not have enough money to finance the process. I learned also that someone in the middle of the process often finds himself lost and thirsting for direction– it is a complicated process medically, legally, and emotionally. Every decision could be a fateful one, and one must work with foreign doctors, laboratories, and lawyers, foreign authorities in foreign countries and foreign languages.

I decided to take action – I left a job I had for many years as a senior executive in a high-tech firm in order to give a helping hand to those dreaming of babies, and to show them the way.

Roy is a graduate of Tel Aviv University in Business Administration, Political Science and Psychology. He also has a Master’s degree in Law. After serving for six years as the Israeli Consul for Economic Affairs in Brazil, he returned to Israel in 2014 and joined Tammuz Family. After successfully establishing Tammuz Brazil, Roy was appointed CEO of Tammuz. Since taking office Roy has focused on expanding the Tammuz portfolio, introducing multiple destinations around the globe and strengthening Tammuz’s position as the leading player in the international surrogacy world. Roy is married to Ronen and is father to Saar and Rotem, who were both born via surrogacy in India.

Development Vice President
Roy has a BA in Film and Television, a MA in communication and an MBA specializing in entrepreneurship and business strategy. Roy joined the Tammuz team following his own surrogacy journey which motivated him to help others in achieving their dream of having a baby. Over the years Roy has met hundreds of IP’s and has supported them through their surrogacy journeys, walking hand in hand with them throughout the entire process. He is responsible for Tammuz Family’s global marketing, business development, social media and seminars and other special events. He lives in Israel, is married to Or and is father to 6-year-old twins, Elya and Liri.

Financial Director
Anat has a BA in Accounting and Economics and also holds a Master’s degree in Law. She worked for many years as the Director of Communications for an international High Tech company. Anat joined the Tammuz team in 2015 as the company’s Finance Director. She is responsible for all payments, billings and financial systems related to customers and suppliers Anat is married and is a mother to three sons.

TAMAR OZER

Program Manager
Tamar has a degree in special-needs education and has many years of experience facilitating parental groups and managing numerous parent/child centres. She joined Tammuz in 2012 as Head of Training and Parental Support pre and post pregnancy and is now currently the Account Executive for IP’s from the beginning to the end of their journeys and beyond. Tamar is married and is the proud mother of three children.

Noa is married and mother of two. She is BA graduate in Sociology & Anthropology and has an MBA, specialties in Managerial and Business psychology. Noa has a wide experience in project manager in HR international companies. Noa accompanies intended parents throughout the process – from signing the contract until birth of the baby.

Program Manager
Sharon holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources Management. She joined Tammuz Family in 2018 after a 20-year career in leading organizations in Israel and abroad in Management Training. Sharon guides our IP’s who have selected the US for their surrogacy journeys and supports them throughout the entire process. She is also the Doctor’s Relations and International Deliveries Manager. Sharon lives in Kfar-Sava with her three children and their dog.

YONATAN MOZES

Program Manager
Yonatan graduated with a BA in Communications Science and also holds an MA in Political Science majoring in internal inspection. He joined Tammuz Family in December 2018. In recent years, Yonatan has been working in the pharmaceutical industry where he obtained vast experience in costumer relations. He is also an expert in video productions. Yonatan is married to Elroy and is the proud father to Atai, who was born in the U.S via Tammuz Family.

Tiran Elimeleh-Ronen

Colombia Program Manager

Tiran has B.A in behavioral science and MBA in business management and marketing. He holds a background in economics and has years of experience with project managements and customer service. He joined Tammuz in December 2019 after a successful surrogacy journey in Albania, with  a will to accompany couples on the same path and help them making her dream to come true.

Oron is married and a proud father of two girls born through surrogacy in the USA. He sees his work as an important daily mission, and together with his colleagues in Tammuz, he is happy to make dreams come true.
The best tip I would give to the intended parents is ‘Try to sleep whenever you can!!’

After undergoing a surrogacy process, Ran become a proud father of twins who were born in the united states in 2020. In the same year, Ran become part of the Tammuz Family. In the last decade, he was involved in public relations, marketing, and communication in the world of Israeli and international music and culture, served as the spokesperson for the Israeli delegation to Eurovision in the international media, and was a partner in many projects. He joined Tammuz with a desire to dedicate and share his knowledge and experience with his own surrogacy process and to help the parents along the way. Ran manages Tammuz’s customer relations team, conducts counseling conversations with intended parents, and participates in Tammuz’s Israeli and international marketing efforts.

Avraham joined the Tammuz Team in 2019 in the Finance Department. Avraham has a BA in Accounting.

He immigrated from Brazil to Israel in 2017 and volunteered at ALUT – The Israeli Society for Children and Adults with Autism.

In 2018, he participated in the “Next Star” TV show for representing Israel in the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.

Jon Mozes Is Delighted To Be Working As A Program Manager For Tammuz Family In The USA. Prior To Working For Tammuz, Jon Worked For 12 Years As A Business Services Coordinator In The Gillings School Of Global Public Health At The University Of North Carolina In Chapel Hill. Jon Has Also Worked As A Literary Agent’s Assistant At A High-Profile Agency In New York, Where He Helped To Edit And Sell Several Critically-Acclaimed Works Of Fiction And Nonfiction, Including A Début Novel That Ended Up On The New York Times’s “Best 10 Books Of The Year” List. A Writer Himself, Jon Has Had Several Stories And Essays Published In Various Literary Journals; And He’s Also Worked As An Actor, Director And Playwright. Jon Earned His B.S. In Performance Studies At Northwestern University, And An M.F.A. In Creative Writing At Washington University In St. Louis. Jon And His Husband, Noel, Are The Proud Parents Of Their Son Nathaniel, Who Was Born Via Surrogacy With Tammuz Family In The USA. They Live In Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Bruna has played a major role in the expansion of Tammuz into the Brazilian market and has already facilitated dozens of surrogacy journeys for Brazilian men and women. In 2016, at the end of her studies in Ireland, Bruna moved back to Brazil and became the formal local representative of Tammuz Family. Bruna holds seminars in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo and meets with and guides all Brazilian IP’s throughout the surrogacy process in Brazil until they realize their dream of having a baby. Bruna lives in São Paulo.

Territory Manager (Australia, NZ & UK))


Steven is the new manager for the Oceania and UK regions and is delighted to join the Tammuz Family. He brings with him a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a wide range of career experience, from flying the skies with Virgin Australia International to working in insurance with a recognised professional services firm. When the opportunity came to start a new chapter and direction he jumped at the opportunity! He and his fiancé are currently on their own surrogacy journey with Tammuz through Colombia, and is very excited to bring his knowledge and passion for all things family and surrogacy to all the Intend Parents down under! MIKKEL RAAHEDE

Mikkel Raahede

Northern Europe Manager

Mikkel is the proud father of 5! His husband brought in two children (who both have kids, making Mikkel a grand dad as well), and together they have 3 daughters through surrogacy in USA. Their twins were born in 2009, the youngest in 2013.

 

Mikkel has a background both in teaching and in acting, and decided to join Tammuz Family in 2017. Over the last few years, he has served partly as chairman of the Danish organization DARE, working with creating networks, guidance and counselling for intended families as well as political work, actively changing danish laws for the better regarding surrogacy and family constellations. Mikkel spends his time managing future parents in Denmark and Iceland, giving them all the practical and emotional support they need.

Paula Keusch has more than 25 years of international business experience. After receiving her BA in Asian Studies at Hebrew university, she continued to China to be the first Israeli to study in a Chinese University , in Beijing. She continued her MBA studies with an emphasis on Chinese studies in Taiwan. Paula spent 10 years in China and was responsible for sales in technology, agriculture and industrial projects for European and , and Israeli leading companies. For 15 years she served as a Senior Director and Marketing Vice President of cosmetics, low-tech pharma, biotechnology and esthetic medical devices, where she worked for international companies that work hand in hand with multinationals such as Estee Lauder and L’Oreal, Gillet, etc.  Paula herself underwent fertility treatments and is the mother of four boys. She runs long distance marathons and her passion is reading and art.

CII Tammuz China began with joint cooperation between Check In Israel and Tammuz Family in 2017 after 3 years of providing Fertility services in Israel to Chinese women who required assistance – From 2017 CII TAMMUZ as one, offers to any person who dreams to have a baby the opportunity to fulfil their dream of having a family

MEADSIE VAN-ZYL

International Donors Manager
Meadsie is a qualified Social Worker by profession and obtained her BDIAC Degree in Social Work through the Huguenot College (University of South Africa). She started her career working with young children in various institutions, however for the past three years Meadsie has obtained a wide range of experience in psychological screening, counselling and support of egg donors, in particular international egg donors. As a specialised mental health practitioner focused on egg donation, Meadsie is the perfect person to manage our international egg donor program. The donor’s safety and well-being are always her first priority. Meadsie’s high standard of care and unparalleled dedication combined with her professional expertise ensure that all Tammuz donors are looked after in the best possible way. Always available, always ‘on the job’, Meadsie is always there for her donors. Firm, fair and with unwaveringly high standards, Meadsie is a true asset to Tammuz Family. Meadsie lives in Cape Town with her husband and her young son.

Territory Manager (Japan)

Tetsu Suzuki is the proud father of two baby girls, and a proud husband Mrs. Suzuki for over 22 years.
Their twin babies were born in 2020 January in the State of Arkansas USA through Tammuz! He has joined the Tammuz team as territory manager of Japan to guide all the Japanese future IPs throughout their journey with us.
Suzuki has a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from Keio University Japan Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) a Graduate School of Business Administration, Keio University Japan.
‘The best tip I would give to new intended parents is – ‘The surrogacy journey is not really easy. But at the end of the road, there is something beyond everything is waiting for your life. I would like to tell all new IPs to be patient, feel proud of yourselves for this challenge, and want to welcome everyone to this wonderful Tammuz Family!’

DR. SAHIL GUPTA

Dr. Sahil Gupta completed his Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from India’s most prestigious medical school in New Delhi on a full academic scholarship. After further studies at Harvard University in the USA and extensive work experience in fertility, IVF, and surrogacy, in 2015, together with the Tammuz Group, Dr. Gupta was a founding team member of the Aveya IVF Centre in New Delhi, India. He now heads up the Asia Pacific operations of Tammuz Family which now has 4 ART clinics and an international egg donation program under its umbrella. When he is not working, Dr. Sahil Gupta enjoys travelling, listening to music, and indulging in sports, especially cricket.

Eliran Arazi joined Tamuz Family in summer 2022. Eliran serves as an account manager for those asking to expand their families via a surrogacy process in Colombia or Mexico. Eliran is a proud dad of three children that were born in surrogacy in the US, where he lived for 16 years. He is a chef, had his own vegan restaurant in Manhattan, worked as a private chef and taught cooking. He also writes two columns in Haaretz website on his experience in raising three kids and cooking for his family. Eliran lives with his children in Ramat Hasharon

Shlomi is married and a proud father of 4 years old twins. They were born through Tammuz Surrogacy in The USA.
I love helping and taking care of people. I join Thammuz to help couples, and singles make their dreams come true and create a family. I’ve been myself in this situation and wished I had someone from Norway that can guide me and give me more knowledge, besides the help of Tammuz. I decided to be this person.

The best piece of advice I could give is that ‘Surrogacy process can be like an emotional roller coaster but at the same time its THE process of your life. Be open and keep a positive attitude to everything that might happen during the process and remember that we at Tammuz will take care of you and will do all we can to help you achieve your dream.

Ida is a proud mother of 3 boys, Alvin, Axel, and Jack. Her youngest child was born through a Tammuz surrogacy process in Ukraine. In 2021, Ida joined the Tammuz group. She is responsible for all the guidance and follow-up throughout the journey of Nordics IPs.
The best piece of advice I would give to my IPs is ‘ it’s important to have patience regarding time and don’t pause your life during the process – live, enjoy, and do wonderful things with near & dear ones’

JORGE VELEZ

Jorge Velez

Customer Service Coordinator

Jorge is a professional with extensive experience in educational, institutional, development and management of complex projects. He obtained his doctorate in Sciences with mention in Chemistry by PUC Chile.  His career started in the educational sector, as a teacher and advisor in the science area, where he acquired great experience in guiding and monitoring people throughout the development and fulfillment of complex processes. He is PhD in Science which gave him a good knowledge of the reproduction processes and an excellent basis for the evaluation of future parents who trust Tammuz for the realization of the grandest dream, to form a family.
In addition to his excellent training and his great experience in managing people, processes and high quality customer service, Jorge also has a great passion for the work he does at Tammuz, with a personal interest in surrogacy processes. He identifies professionally and personally with Tammuz’s initiative and seeks that future parents have the best possible support in the service he coordinates during their surrogacy journey.

Jorge lives in São Paulo, Brazil. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Maria joined the Tammuz Family financial team in 2022.

Maria has extensive experience as a bookkeeper and payroll accountant in international and local companies, working many years in one of the “Big Four” accounting firms.

Has a degree in Business Administration from Buenos Aires University, Accounting type 2 and payroll accountant diplomas.

She is proud mother of Ilan.

Maria Lia or just Lia as she prefers to be called has joined our team in 2020. She is in direct contact with the IPs that decided to go on a surrogacy journey in Colombia with us.
She graduated as an International Relations professional and have with years of experience in customer service.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her daughter and husband, exercising e and gardening.

בהמשך למיזוג של חברת “ויוה פונדקאות” בשנת 2022, הצטרפה גל למשפחת תמוז והיא כעת מנהלת תיקי לקוחות במסלולי גאורגיה וישראל

Assaf joined Tammuz in October 2022. He and his partner raises their daughter Ariel, who was born with the help of the Tamuz family after a successful surrogacy process in Colombia.

Steven Swanepoel

Mikkel Raahede

Paula Keusch擁有超過25年的國際商業經驗。在希伯來大學獲得亞洲研究學士學位後，她前往中國，在北京成為第一位在中國大學學習的以色列人。她在台灣繼續攻讀MBA學位，專注於中國研究。Paula在中國工作了10年，負責歐洲和以色列領先公司的技術、農業和工業專案銷售。在過去的15年裡，她曾擔任過化妝品、低科技製藥、生物技術和美容醫療器械等領域的高級總監和市場副總裁職務，為與雅詩蘭黛、歐萊雅、吉列等跨國公司緊密合作的國際公司工作。Paula本人接受過生育治療，是四個男孩的母親。她參加過長距離馬拉松比賽，熱愛閱讀和藝術。
CII Tammuz China於2017年由以色列的Check In Israel與Tammuz Family共同合作開始，在以色列為需要幫助的中國婦女提供了3年的生育服務。從2017年起，CII TAMMUZ作為其中一員，為任何夢想生孩子的人提供實現擁有家庭夢想的機會。

MEADSIE VAN-ZYL
